Warranty Policy
 
Videotel Digital offers a 2 year warranty on all digital signage media players, DVD players and Interactive peripherals.

Videotel Digital’s Premium 2 Year warranty warrants that our equipment to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Warranty shall be limited to a period of 2 years from invoice date. Warranty shall not cover products that are found to be defective due to customers improper operation, accident, misuse, mishandling or damage occurring during transportation.

Should the equipment be found to be defective within 90 days of the original invoice date, customer is responsible for contacting Videotel or the approved Authorized Reseller of which original purchase was made. Videotel has the right to determine if the player is defective. If defective within the first 90 days, Videotel will provide an advance replacement unit at no charge to the customer. Customer is responsible for returning the defective unit once the replacement unit is received.

Should the equipment be found to be defective after 90 days of the original invoice date, customer is responsible for contacting Videotel or the approved Authorized Reseller of which original purchase was made. Videotel has the right to determine if the player is defective. If defective, customer is responsible for shipping the defective player back to Videotel for repair or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Any and all players that are sent in for repair or exchanged, must be properly packaged and insured for current list price shown as indicated on line at www.videoteldigital.com
 
Out of warranty repairs are warrantied for a period of 6 months  from invoice date.
 
For either exchange or repair, please contact customer service at (619) 670-4412 to request for an RMA number to being the return/repair process.
