Return Policy

Videotel will accept returns or exchanges on Videotel-manufactured products purchased within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and contain all parts. A 15% restocking fee applies. 

We will accept returns or exchanges for any directional audio speaker purchases within 15 days of the purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and contain all parts. A 15% restocking fee applies. 

Customized solutions are not returnable and nonrefundable.
